And he carved [thereon] cherubim and palm-trees and open flowers; and he overlaid them with gold fitted upon the graven work.

And he carvedª° [thereon] cherubimsª and palm treesª and open²°¹ flowers:ª and coveredª° [them] with goldª fittedª° upon¹ the carved work.ª°

And he caruedª° [thereon] Cherubims,ª and palme trees,ª and open²°¹ flowers:ª and coueredª° [them] with gold,ª fittedª° vpon¹ the carued worke.ª°

being carved with cherubs, and [there were] palm-trees and open flower-leaves, and it [was] overlaid with gold gilt upon the engraving.
