And David said unto Ahimelech the priest, The king hath commanded me a business, and hath said unto me, Let no man know anything of the business whereabout I send thee, and what I have commanded thee: and I have appointed the young men to such and such a place.

And Davidª saidª° unto Ahimelechª the priest,ª The kingª hath commandedª° me a business,ª and hath saidª° unto¹ me, Let no¹ manª knowª° any thingª of¹ the businessª whereabout¹ I¹ sendª° thee, and what¹ I have commandedª° thee: and I have appointedª° [my] servantsª to¹ suchª and suchª a place.ª

And Dauidª saidª° vnto Ahimelechª the Priest,ª The kingª hath commandedª° me a businesse,ª and hath saidª° vnto¹ me, Let no¹ manª knowª° any thingª of¹ the businesseª whereabout¹ I¹ sendª° thee, and what¹ I haue commandedª° thee: and I haue appointedª° [my] seruantsª to¹ suchª and suchª a place.ª

And David said to the priest, The king gave me a command to-day, and said to me, Let no one know the matter on which I send thee, an concerning which I have charged thee: and I have charged my servants [to be] in the place that is called, The faithfulness of God, phellani maemoni.
