And Saul said, I will give him her, that she may be a snare to him, and that the hand of the Philistines may be against him. Wherefore Saul said to David, Thou shalt this day be my son-in-law a second time.

And Saulª said,ª° I will giveª° him her, that she may be¹ a snareª to him, and that the handª of the Philistinesª may be¹ against him. Wherefore Saulª saidª° to¹ David,ª Thou shalt this dayª be my son in law²°¹ in [the one of] the twain.ª

And Saulª said,ª° I will giueª° him her, that she may be¹ a snareª to him, and that the handª of the Philistinesª may be¹ against him. Wherefore Saulª saidª° to¹ Dauid,ª Thou shalt this dayª be my sonne in law,²°¹ in [the one of] the twaine.ª

And Saul said, I will give her to him, and she shall be a stumbling-block to him. Now the hand of the Philistines was against Saul.

And Šä´ûl שָׁאוּלª said,ª° I will giveª° him her, that she may be¹ a snareª to him, and that the handª of the Pælištîm פְּלִשׁתִּיםª may be¹ against him. Wherefore Šä´ûl שָׁאוּלª saidª° to¹ Däwiđ דָּוִד,ª Thou shalt this dayª be my son in law²°¹ in [the one of] the twain.ª
