Then said Saul to his servant, But, behold, if we go, what shall we bring the man? for the bread is spent in our vessels, and there is not a present to bring to the man of God: what have we?

Then saidª° Saulª to his servant,ª But, behold,¹ [if] we go,²°¹ what¹ shall we bringª° the man?ª for¹ the breadª is spentª° in our vessels,ª¹ and [there is] not¹ a presentª to bringª° to the manª of God:ª what¹ have we?

Then saidª° Saulª to his seruaunt,ª But behold,¹ [if] we goe,²°¹ what¹ shall wee bringª° the man?ª for¹ the breadª is spentª° in our vessels,ª¹ and there is not¹ a presentª to bringª° to the manª of God:ª What¹ haue wee?

And Saul said to his young man that was with him, Lo, then, we will go; but what shall we bring the man of God? for the loaves are spent out of our vessels, and we have nothing more with us that belongs to us to bring to the man of God.
