If one man sin against another, God shall judge him; but if a man sin against Jehovah, who shall entreat for him? Notwithstanding, they hearkened not unto the voice of their father, because Jehovah was minded to slay them.

If¹ one manª sinª° against another,ª the judgeª shall judgeª° him: but if¹ a manª sinª° against the LORD,ª who¹ shall intreatª° for him? Notwithstanding¹ they hearkenedª° not unto the voiceª of their father,ª because¹ the LORDª wouldª° slayª° them.

If¹ one manª sinneª° against another,ª the Iudgeª shall iudgeª° him: but if¹ a manª sinneª° against the LORD,ª who¹ shall intreatª° for him? Notwithstanding¹ they hearkenedª° not vnto the voiceª of their father,ª because¹ the LORDª wouldª° slayª° them.
