When he came unto Lehi, the Philistines shouted as they met him: and the Spirit of Jehovah came mightily upon him, and the ropes that were upon his arms became as flax that was burnt with fire, and his bands dropped from off his hands.

[And] when he¹ cameª° unto¹ Lehi,ª the Philistinesª shoutedª° againstª° him: and the Spiritª of the LORDª came mightilyª° upon¹ him, and the cordsª that¹ [were] upon¹ his armsª became¹ as flaxª that¹ was burntª° with fire,ª and his bandsª loosedª° from off¹¹ his hands.ª

And when he¹ cameª° vnto¹ Lehi,ª the Philistinesª shoutedª° againstª° him: and the Spiritª of the LORDª came mightilyª° vpon¹ him, and the cordesª that¹ were vpon¹ his armesª became¹ as flaxeª that¹ was burntª° with fire,ª & his bandsª loosedª° from off¹¹ his hands.ª

And they came to Lechi: and the Philistines shouted, and ran to meet him: and the Spirit of the Lord came mightily upon him, and the ropes that were upon his arms became as tow which is burnt with fire; and his bonds were consumed from off his hands.

[And] when he¹ cameª° unto¹ Leçî לֶחִי,ª the Pælištîm פְּלִשׁתִּיםª shoutedª° againstª° him: and the Spiritª of Yähwè יָהוֶהª came mightilyª° upon¹ him, and the cordsª that¹ [were] upon¹ his armsª became¹ as flaxª that¹ was burntª° with fire,ª and his bandsª loosedª° from off¹¹ his hands.ª
