and he shall rend it by the wings thereof, [but] shall not divide it asunder; and the priest shall burn it upon the altar, upon the wood that is upon the fire: it is a burnt-offering, an offering made by fire, of a sweet savor unto Jehovah.

And he shall cleaveª° it with the wingsª thereof, [but] shall not¹ divide [it] asunder:ª° and the priestª shall burnª° it upon the altar,ª upon¹ the woodª that¹ [is] upon¹ the fire:ª it¹ [is] a burnt sacrifice,ª an offering made by fire,ª of a sweetª savourª unto the LORD.ª

And he shall break it off from the wings and shall not separate it, and the priest shall put it on the altar on the wood which is on the fire: it is a burnt-offering, a sacrifice, a sweet-smelling savour to the Lord.
