the oath of Jehovah shall be between them both, whether he hath not put his hand unto his neighbor's goods; and the owner thereof shall accept it, and he shall not make restitution.

[Then] shall an oathª of the LORDª be¹ between¹ them both,ª that¹ he hath not¹ putª° his handª unto his neighbour'sª goods;ª and the ownerª of it shall acceptª° [thereof], and he shall not¹ make [it] good.ª°
