And there passed by Midianites, merchantmen; and they drew and lifted up Joseph out of the pit, and sold Joseph to the Ishmaelites for twenty pieces of silver. And they brought Joseph into Egypt.

Then there passed²° by¹ Midianitesª¹ merchantmen;ª²° and they drewª° and lifted upª°¹ Josephª out of¹ the pit,ª and soldª°¹ Josephª to the Ishmeelitesª for twentyª [pieces] of silver:ª and they broughtª°¹ Josephª into Egypt.ª

Then there passed²° by¹ Midianitesª¹ merchant men,ª²° and they drewª° and lift vpª°¹ Iosephª out of¹ the pit,ª and soldª°¹ Iosephª to the Ishmeelitesª for twentieª [pieces] of siluer:ª and they broughtª°¹ Iosephª into Egypt.ª

And the men, the merchants of Midian{gr.Madian}, went by, and they drew and lifted Joseph out of the pit, and sold Joseph to the Ishmaelites{gr.Ismaelites} for twenty pieces of gold; and they brought Joseph down into Mizraim{gr.Egypt}.

Then there passed²° by¹ Miđyänîm מִדיָנִיםª¹ merchantmen;ª²° and they drewª° and lifted upª°¹ Yôsëf יוֹסֵףª out of¹ the pit,ª and soldª°¹ Yôsëf יוֹסֵףª to the Yišmæ`ë´lîm יִשׁמְעֵאלִיםª for twentyª [pieces] of silver:ª and they broughtª°¹ Yôsëf יוֹסֵףª into Mixrayim מִצרַיִם.ª
