the land:

Heb. families, families, "And Pharaohª rose upª ° in the night,ª he,¹ and all¹ his servants,ª and all¹ the Egyptians;ª and there was¹ a greatª cryª in Egypt;ª for¹ [there was] not¹ a houseª where¹ ¹ [there was] not¹ one dead.ª °" {Exd 12:30}

the family of the house of David apart:
"Sayª ° unto the kingª and to the queen,ª Humble² ° yourselves,¹ sit down:ª ° for¹ your principalitiesª shall come down,ª ° [even] the crownª of your glory.ª" {Jer 13:18} + "So the people² ¹ of Ninevehª believedª ° God,ª and proclaimedª ° a fast,ª and put² ° on¹ sackcloth,ª from the greatestª ¹ of them even to¹ the leastª of them. ...
