the Lord:

he will:
"And they shall take upª ° a lamentationª for¹ thee, and sayª ° to thee, How¹ art thou destroyed,ª ° [that wast] inhabitedª ° of seafaring men,ª ¹ the renownedª ° city,ª which¹ wast¹ strongª in the sea,ª she¹ and her inhabitants,ª ° which¹ causeª ° their terrorª [to be] on all¹ that hauntª ° it!" {Ezk 26:17} + "Thy rowersª ° have broughtª ° thee into greatª waters:ª the eastª windª hath brokenª ° thee in the midstª of the seas.ª ... The merchantsª ° among the peopleª shall hissª ° at¹ thee; thou shalt be¹ a terror,ª and never¹ [shalt be] any more.ª ª" {Ezk 27:26-36} + "Sonª of man,ª sayª ° unto the princeª of Tyrus,ª Thus¹ saithª ° the Lordª GOD;ª Because¹ thine heartª [is] lifted up,ª ° and thou hast said,ª ° I¹ [am] a God,ª I sitª ° [in] the seatª of God,ª in the midstª of the seas;ª yet thou¹ [art] a man,ª and not¹ God,ª though thou setª ° thine heartª as the heartª of God:ª" {Ezk 28:2} + "They shall bring thee downª ° to the pit,ª and thou shalt dieª ° the deathsª of [them that are] slainª in the midstª of the seas.ª" {Ezk 28:8}

shall:
"Thou hast defiledª ° thy sanctuariesª by the multitudeª ¹ of thine iniquities,ª by the iniquityª of thy traffick;ª therefore will I bring forthª ° a fireª from the midstª ¹ of thee, it¹ shall devourª ° thee, and I will bringª ° thee to ashesª upon¹ the earthª in the sightª of all¹ them that beholdª ° thee." {Ezk 28:18} + "But I will sendª ° a fireª on the wallª of Tyrus,ª which shall devourª ° the palacesª thereof." {Ams 1:10}
