Son:
"And he saidª ° unto¹ me, Sonª of man,ª standª ° upon¹ thy feet,ª and I will speakª ° unto thee." {Ezk 2:1} + "Therefore, thou¹ sonª of man,ª prophesyª ° against¹ Gog,ª and say,ª ° Thus¹ saithª ° the Lordª GOD;ª Behold,¹ I [am] against¹ thee, O Gog,ª the chiefª princeª of Meshechª and Tubal:ª" {Ezk 39:1}

Gog:
Rather, "Gog (the prince) of the land of Magog, the prince of Rosh, Meshech, and Tubal." By Magog is most probably meant the Scythians or Tartars, called so by Arabian and Syrian writers, and especially the Turks, who were originally natives of Tartary; and by Rosh, the Russians, descendants of the ancient inhabitants on the river Araxes or Rosh. "Andª shall go outª ° to deceiveª ° the¹ nationsª whichª are inª the¹ fourª quartersª of the¹ earth,ª Gogª andª Magog,ª to gather² ° them² togetherª °¹ toª battle:ª the¹ numberª of whomª [is] asª the¹ sandª of the¹ sea.ª ... Andª they went upª ° onª the¹ breadthª of the¹ earth,ª andª compassed² ° the camp² of the saints² about,ª ª °¹ ¹ andª the¹ belovedª ° city:ª andª fireª came downª ° fromª Godª out ofª heaven,ª andª devouredª ° them.ª" {Rev 20:8-9}
