remembered:
"That they might setª ° their hopeª in God,ª and not¹ forgetª ° the worksª of God,ª but keepª ° his commandments:ª" {Psa 78:7} + "And forgatª ° his works,ª and his wondersª ° that¹ he had shewedª ° them." {Psa 78:11} + "They rememberedª ° not¹ ¹ his hand,ª [nor] the dayª when¹ he deliveredª ° them from¹ the enemy.ª" {Psa 78:42} + "They soonª ° forgatª ° his works;ª they waitedª ° not¹ for his counsel:ª" {Psa 106:13} + "They forgatª ° Godª their saviour,ª ° which had doneª ° great thingsª in Egypt;ª" {Psa 106:21}

God was:
"[He is] the Rock,ª his workª [is] perfect:ª for¹ all¹ his waysª [are] judgment:ª a Godª of truthª and without¹ iniquity,ª justª and rightª [is] he.¹" {Deu 32:4} + "But Jeshurunª waxed fat,ª ° and kicked:ª ° thou art waxen fat,ª ° thou art grown thick,ª ° thou art coveredª ° [with fatness]; then he forsookª ° Godª [which] madeª ° him, and lightly esteemedª ° the Rockª of his salvation.ª" {Deu 32:15} + "How¹ should oneª chaseª ° a thousand,ª and twoª put¹ ten² thousand² ¹ to flight,ª ° exceptª ¹ ¹ their Rockª had soldª ° them,² and the LORDª had shut them up?ª ° ... the high:
Ail elyon goalom, "the strong God, the Most High, their redeemer," or kinsman. That one who possessed the right of redemption; the nearest akin to him who had forfeited his inheritance, as the word originally means; and hence is used for a redeemer; and here denotes Him who redeemed them from Egyptian bondage.

their redeemer:
