And we know and have believed the love which God hath in us. God is love; and he that abideth in love abideth in God, and God abideth in him.

Andª weª have knownª° andª believedª° the¹ loveª thatª Godª hathª° toª us.ª Godª isª° love;ª andª he that dwellethª° inª loveª dwellethª° inª God,ª andª Godª inª him.ª

Andª weª haue knowenª° andª beleeuedª° the¹ loueª thatª Godª hathª° toª vs.ª Godª isª° loue,ª andª hee that dwellethª° inª loue,ª dwellethª° inª God,ª andª Godª inª him.ª

And we have believed and known the love which Aloha hath toward us; for Aloha is Love. And every one who abideth in love in Aloha abideth.

And we have believed and known the love, which God hath towards us: for God is love, and whoever abideth in love, abideth in God.

Καὶ ἡμεῖς ἐγνώκαμεν καὶ πεπιστεύκαμεν τὴν ἀγάπην ἣν ἔχει ὁ θεὸς ἐν ἡμῖν. Ὁ θεὸς ἀγάπη ἐστίν, καὶ ὁ μένων ἐν τῇ ἀγάπῃ ἐν τῷ θεῷ μένει καὶ ὁ θεὸς ἐν αὐτῷ [μένει].

And we we-had-come-to-acquaint and we-had-come-to-trust-of to-the-one to-an-excessing-off to-which it-holdeth, the-one a-Deity, in unto-us. The-one a-Deity an-excessing-off it-be, and the-one staying in unto-the-one unto-an-excessing-off in unto-the-one unto-a-Deity it-stayeth and the-one a-Deity in unto-it [it-stayeth].
