For verily not to angels doth he give help, but he giveth help to the seed of Abraham.

Forª verilyª he took²° not² onª°¹ [him the nature of] angels;ª butª he took onª° [him] the seedª of Abraham.ª

For not from the angels he took, but from the seed of Abraham he took.

For he did not assume [a nature] from angels, but he assumed [a nature] from the seed of Abraham.

οὐ γὰρ δήπου ἀγγέλων ἐπιλαμβάνεται, ἀλλὰ σπέρματος Ἀβραὰμ ἐπιλαμβάνεται.

Not therefore of-whither-then of-messengers it-taketh-upon, other of-a-whorling-to of-an-Abraam it-taketh-upon,
