For the death that he died, he died unto sin once: but the life that he liveth, he liveth unto God.

Forª² in that¹ he died,ª° he diedª° unto sinª once:ª butª in thatª he liveth,ª° he livethª° unto God.ª

Forª² in that¹ he dyed,ª° he dyedª° vnto sinneª once:ª butª in thatª hee liueth,ª° hee liuethª° vnto God.ª

For [as] he who died on account of sin died once, and he who liveth liveth unto Aloha;

For in dying, he died for sin, once; and in living, he liveth unto God.

ὃ γὰρ ἀπέθανεν, τῇ ἁμαρτίᾳ ἀπέθανεν ἐφάπαξ: ὃ δὲ ζῇ, ζῇ τῷ θεῷ.

to-which therefore it-had-died-off, unto-the-one unto-an-un-adjusting-along-unto it-had-died-off upon-once; to-which moreover it-lifeth-unto, it-lifeth-unto unto-the-one unto-a-Deity.
