Howbeit Festus answered, that Paul was kept in charge at Caesarea, and that he himself was about to depart [thither] shortly.

Butªª Festus²¹ answered,ª° that Paulª should be keptª° atª Caesarea,ª andª that he himselfª wouldª° departª°² shortlyª¹ [thither].

And Festos returned the word, That Paulos was kept in Cesarea, and I am hastening to proceed;

But Festus made answer: Paul is in custody at Caesarea, whither I am in haste to go.

ὁ μὲν οὖν Φῆστος ἀπεκρίθη τηρεῖσθαι τὸν Παῦλον εἰς Καισαρίαν, ἑαυτὸν δὲ μέλλειν ἐν τάχει ἐκπορεύεσθαι:

The-one indeed accordingly a-Festos it-was-separated-off to-be-kept-unto to-the-one to-a-Paulos into to-a-Kaisaria, to-self moreover to-impend in unto-a-quickness to-traverse-out-of;
