And he said, The Jews have agreed to ask thee to bring down Paul tomorrow unto the council, as though thou wouldest inquire somewhat more exactly concerning him.

Andª he said,ª°² The¹ Jewsª have agreedª° to desireª° theeª thatª thou wouldest bring downª° Paulª to morrowª intoª the¹ council,ª as² though¹ they wouldª° enquireª° somewhatª ofª himª more perfectly.ª

Andª he said,ª°² The¹ Iewesª haue agreedª° to desireª° thee,ª thatª thou wouldest bring downeª° Paulª to morrowª intoª the¹ Council,ª as² though¹ they wouldª° enquireª° somewhatª ofª himª more perfectly.ª

And the youth said to him, The Jihudoyee have determined to request of thee to send down Paulos, tomorrow, to their synagogue, as if willing to learn somewhat more from him:

And the young man said to him: The Jews have projected to ask thee to bring down Paul to-morrow to their assembly, as if wishing to learn something more from him.

εἶπεν δὲ ὅτι Οἱ Ἰουδαῖοι συνέθεντο τοῦ ἐρωτῆσαί σε ὅπως αὔριον τὸν Παῦλον καταγάγῃς εἰς τὸ συνέδριον ὡς μέλλων τι ἀκριβέστερον πυνθάνεσθαι περὶ αὐτοῦ:
