and said, For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife; and the two shall become one flesh?

Andª said,ª° For this² causeª¹ shall a manª leaveª° fatherª andª mother,ª andª shall cleaveª° to his²¹ wife:ª andª they twainª shall beª°² oneª¹ flesh?ª

Andª said,ª° For this² causeª¹ shall a manª leaueª° fatherª andª mother,ª andª shall cleaueª° to his²¹ wife:ª andª they twaineª shalbeª°² oneª¹ flesh.ª

And he said, On this account a man shall leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave to his wife, and they two shall be one flesh.

And he said: For this reason, a man shall leave his father and his mother, and adhere to his wife; and they two shall be one flesh.

καὶ εἶπεν Ἕνεκα τούτου καταλείψει ἄνθρωπος τὸν πατέρα καὶ τὴν μητέρα καὶ κολληθήσεται τῇ γυναικὶ αὐτοῦ, καὶ ἔσονται οἱ δύο εἰς σάρκα μίαν;

and it-had-said, To-in-out-which of-the-one-this it-shall-remainder-down, a-mankind, to-the-one to-a-father and to-the-one to-a-mother, and it-shall-be-cohered-unto unto-the-one unto-a-woman of-it, and they-shall-be the-ones two into to-a-flesh to-one?
