The Targumist applies these words to the Messiah: "But thou, O Messiah, who art hidden because of the sins of the congregation of Zion, the kingdom shall come unto thee." "Walk aboutª° Zion,ª and go round aboutª° her: tellª° the towersª thereof. ...
