drink:
This probably refers to the costliness and magnificence of the drinking vessels, as well as to the quantity drank.

wine in bowls:
or, in bowls of wine, "Then saidª ° the LORDª unto¹ me, Go² °¹ yet,¹ loveª ° a womanª belovedª ° of [her] friend,ª yet an adulteress,ª ° according to the loveª of the LORDª toward¹ the childrenª of Israel,ª who¹ lookª ° to¹ otherª gods,ª and loveª ° flagonsª of wine.ª" {Hsa 3:1} + "Drink² ° no longer² water,ª °¹ butª useª ° a littleª wineª for² thy² stomach's sakeª ¹ ¹ andª thineª oftenª infirmities.ª" {1Tm 5:23}
