Loruhamah:
that is, Not having obtained mercy, "And I will sowª ° her unto me in the earth;ª and I will have mercy² ° upon¹ ¹ her that had not¹ obtained mercy;ª °°² and I will sayª ° to [them which were] not¹ my people,ª Thou¹ [art] my people;ª and they¹ shall say,ª ° [Thou art] my God.ª" {Hsa 2:23} + "Whichª in time pastª [were] notª a people,ª butª [are] nowª the peopleª of God:ª which² had² ° not² obtained mercy,ª °¹ butª nowª have obtained mercy.ª °" {1Pe 2:10}

for:
"In the ninthª yearª of Hosheaª the kingª of Assyriaª tookª °¹ Samaria,ª and carried² ° Israel² awayª °¹ ¹ into Assyria,ª and placedª ° them in Halahª and in Haborª [by] the riverª of Gozan,ª and in the citiesª of the Medes.ª" {2Kg 17:6} + "Until¹ ¹ the LORDª removedª °¹ Israelª out of¹ ¹ his sight,ª as¹ he had saidª ° byª all¹ his servantsª the prophets.ª So was Israelª carried awayª ° out of¹ ¹ their own landª to Assyriaª unto¹ this¹ day.ª ... Heb. not add any more to have. but I will utterly take them away. or, that I should altogether pardon them. "All¹ their wickednessª [is] in Gilgal:ª for¹ there¹ I hatedª ° them: for¹ the wickednessª of their doingsª I will drive them outª ° of mine house,ª ¹ I will love² ¹ them no¹ more:ª ° all¹ their princesª [are] revolters.ª ° ... My Godª will cast them away,ª ° because¹ they did not¹ hearkenª ° unto him: and they shall be¹ wanderersª ° among the nations.ª" {Hsa 9:15-17}
