I will cause:
The prophet is still personifying the mountains, valleys, and wastes of Judea.

they shall:
"For¹ thus¹ saithª ° the LORDª of hosts,ª the Godª of Israel;ª Housesª and fieldsª and vineyardsª shall be possessed¹ again² °¹ in this¹ land.ª" {Jer 32:15} + "Men shall buyª ° fieldsª for money,ª and subscribeª ° evidences,ª and sealª ° [them], and takeª ° witnessesª in the landª of Benjamin,ª and in the places aboutª Jerusalem,ª and in the citiesª of Judah,ª and in the citiesª of the mountains,ª and in the citiesª of the valley,ª and in the citiesª of the south:ª for¹ I will cause¹ their captivityª to return,ª ° saithª ° the LORD.ª" {Jer 32:44} + "But upon mountª Zionª shall be¹ deliverance,ª and there shall be¹ holiness;ª and the houseª of Jacobª shall possessª °¹ their possessions.ª ...
