shall not:
"The strongª among the mightyª shall speakª ° to him out of the midstª ¹ of hellª with¹ them that helpª ° him: they are gone down,ª ° they lieª ° uncircumcised,ª slainª by the sword.ª" {Ezk 32:21} + "For¹ now¹ should I have lain stillª ° and been quiet,ª ° I should have slept:ª ° then¹ had I been at rest,ª ° ... Or¹ with¹ princesª that had gold,ª who filledª ° their housesª with silver:ª" {Job 3:13-15} + "All¹ the kingsª of the nations,ª [even] all¹ of them, lieª ° in glory,ª every oneª in his own house.ª ... to hell:
That is, to the grave; and are buried in their armour, with their weapons lying by their sides, as was a very ancient practice in various nations.

their weapons of war:
Heb. weapons of their war, "No¹ ¹ weaponª that is formedª ° against¹ thee shall prosper;ª ° and every¹ tongueª [that] shall riseª ° against¹ thee in judgmentª thou shalt condemn.ª ° This¹ [is] the heritageª of the servantsª of the LORD,ª and their righteousnessª [is] of¹ ¹ me, saithª ° the LORD.ª" {Isa 54:17} + "(Forª the¹ weaponsª of ourª warfareª [are] notª carnal,ª butª mightyª through Godª toª the pulling downª of strong holds;)ª" {2Co 10:4}

but:
