Zidon:
"And Canaanª begatª °¹ Sidonª his firstborn,ª and Heth,ª" {Gen 10:15}, Sidon, "Zebulunª shall dwellª ° at the havenª of the sea;ª and he¹ [shall be] for an havenª of ships;ª and his borderª [shall be] unto¹ Zidon.ª" {Gen 49:13} + "And the LORDª deliveredª ° them into the handª of Israel,ª who smoteª ° them, and chasedª ° them unto¹ greatª Zidon,ª and unto¹ Misrephothmaim,ª and unto¹ the valleyª of Mizpehª eastward;ª and they smoteª ° them, until¹ they leftª ° them none¹ remaining.ª" {Jsh 11:8}

Arvad:
