Hast thou:
"Thine own wickednessª shall correctª ° thee, and thy backslidingsª shall reproveª ° thee: knowª ° therefore and seeª ° that¹ [it is] an evilª [thing] and bitter,ª that thou hast forsakenª °¹ the LORDª thy God,ª and that my fearª [is] not¹ in¹ thee, saithª ° the Lordª GODª of hosts.ª" {Jer 2:19} + "Thy wayª and thy doingsª have procuredª ° these¹ [things] unto thee; this¹ [is] thy wickedness,ª because¹ it is bitter,ª because¹ it reachethª ° unto¹ thine heart.ª" {Jer 4:18} + "And if¹ ye shall despiseª ° my statutes,ª or if¹ your soulª abhorª °¹ my judgments,ª so that ye will not¹ doª °¹ all¹ my commandments,ª [but] that ye breakª °¹ my covenant:ª ...
