thou draw:

thy soul:
Instead of naphshecha "thy soul," eleven manuscripts read lachmecha "thy bread," which is adopted by Bp. Lowth; but "to draw out the soul" in relieving the poor, probably means to do it not of constraint, but cheerfully.
then:
"Then¹ shall thy lightª break forthª° as the morning,ª and thine healthª shall spring forthª° speedily:ª and thy righteousnessª shall goª° beforeª thee; the gloryª of the LORDª shall be thy rereward.ª°" {Isa 58:8} + "And in that¹ dayª shall the deafª hearª° the wordsª of the book,ª and the eyesª of the blindª shall seeª° out of obscurity,ª¹ and out of darkness.ª¹" {Isa 29:18} + "And [thine] ageª shall be clearerª° than the noonday;ª¹ thou shalt shine forth,ª° thou shalt be¹ as the morning.ª" {Job 11:17} + "And he shall bring forthª° thy righteousnessª as the light,ª and thy judgmentª as the noonday.ª" {Psa 37:6}
