poor:
"The rich man'sª wealthª [is] his strongª city:ª the destructionª of the poorª [is] their poverty.ª" {Prv 10:15} + "All¹ the brethrenª of the poorª ° do hateª ° him: how much more¹ ¹ do his friendsª go farª ° from¹ him? he pursuethª ° [them with] words,ª [yet] they¹ [are] wanting¹ [to him]." {Prv 19:7} + "For¹ now¹ ye are¹ nothing;¹ ye seeª ° [my] casting down,ª and are afraid.ª ° ... "Wealthª makethª ° manyª friends;ª but the poorª is separatedª ° from his neighbour.ª ¹" {Prv 19:4} + "Manyª will intreatª ° the favourª of the prince:ª and every man¹ [is] a friendª to him² that giveth gifts.ª ¹" {Prv 19:6} + "And all¹ the king'sª servants,ª that¹ [were] in the king'sª gate,ª bowed,ª ° and reverencedª ° Haman:ª for¹ the kingª had so¹ commandedª ° concerning him.
