he sware:
"Thy vowsª [are] upon¹ me, O God:ª I will renderª ° praisesª unto thee." {Psa 56:12} + "[[To the chief Musician,ª ° A Psalmª [and] Songª of David.]]ª Praiseª waitethª for thee, O God,ª in Sion:ª and unto thee shall the vowª be performed.ª °" {Psa 65:1} + "I will goª ° into thy houseª with burnt offerings:ª I will payª ° thee my vows,ª ... Which¹ my lipsª have uttered,ª ° and my mouthª hath spoken,ª ° when I was in trouble.ª" {Psa 66:13-14} + "I will payª ° my vowsª unto the LORDª now¹ in the presence¹ of all¹ his people.ª ... the mighty:
