Remember:

because they have defiled:
Heb. for the defilings of, "And the LORDª saidª ° unto¹ Moses,ª Speakª ° unto¹ the priestsª the sonsª of Aaron,ª and sayª ° unto¹ them, There shall none¹ be defiledª ° for the deadª among his people:ª ... They shall not¹ takeª ° a wifeª [that is] a whore,ª ° or profane;ª neither¹ shall they takeª ° a womanª put awayª ° from her husband:ª ¹ for¹ he¹ [is] holyª unto his God.ª" {Lev 21:1-7}

the covenant:
"[Seemeth it but] a small thingª unto¹ you, that¹ the Godª of Israelª hath separatedª ° you from the congregationª ¹ of Israel,ª to bring you nearª °¹ to¹ himself to doª °¹ the serviceª of the tabernacleª of the LORD,ª and to standª ° beforeª the congregationª to ministerª ° unto them? ... And he hath brought thee nearª °¹ [to him], and all¹ thy brethrenª the sonsª of Leviª with¹ thee: and seekª ° ye the priesthoodª also?¹" {Num 16:9-10} + "Wherefore¹ say,ª ° Behold,¹ I giveª ° unto him¹ my covenantª of peace:ª ...
