{Nehemiah 9:34} Neither have our kings, 4428 our princes, 8269 our priests, 3548 nor x3808 our fathers, 1 kept 6213 z8804 thy law, 8451 nor x3808 hearkened 7181 z8689 unto x413 thy commandments 4687 and thy testimonies, 5715 wherewith x834 thou didst testify 5749 z8689 against them.

nor hearkened:
"Because¹ ¹ they have not¹ hearkenedª ° to¹ my words,ª saithª ° the LORD,ª which¹ I sentª ° unto¹ them by¹ my servantsª the prophets,ª rising up earlyª ° and sendingª ° [them]; but ye would not¹ hear,ª ° saithª ° the LORD.ª" {Jer 29:19}

thy testimonies:
"Yet manyª yearsª didst thou forbearª °¹ them, and testifiedstª ° against them by thy spiritª inª thy prophets:ª yet would they not¹ give ear:ª ° therefore gavestª ° thou them into the handª of the peopleª of the lands.ª" {Neh 9:30} + "And they rejectedª °¹ his statutes,ª and his covenantª that¹ he madeª ° with¹ their fathers,ª and his testimoniesª which¹ he testifiedª ° against them; and they followedª ² °¹ vanity,ª and became vain,ª ° and went afterª the heathenª that¹ [were] round aboutª them, [concerning] whom¹ the LORDª had chargedª ° them, that they should not¹ doª ° like them." {2Kg 17:15}

thou didst:
"And it shall come to pass,¹ when¹ manyª evilsª and troublesª are befallenª ° them, that this¹ songª shall testifyª ° againstª them as a witness;ª for¹ it shall not¹ be forgottenª ° out of the mouthsª ¹ of their seed:ª for¹ I knowª °¹ their imaginationª which¹ they¹ go about,ª ° even now,ª before¹ I have broughtª ° them into¹ the landª which¹ I sware.ª °" {Deu 31:21} + "Yet the LORDª testifiedª ° against Israel,ª and against Judah,ª byª all¹ the prophets,ª [and by] all¹ the seers,ª saying,ª ° Turnª ° ye from your evil² ways,ª ¹ ¹ and keepª ° my commandmentsª [and] my statutes,ª according to all¹ the lawª which¹ I commandedª °¹ your fathers,ª and which¹ I sentª ° to¹ you byª my servantsª the prophets.ª" {2Kg 17:13}
