from the twentieth:
"And it came to pass¹ in the monthª Nisan,ª in the twentiethª yearª of Artaxerxesª the king,ª [that] wineª [was] beforeª him: and I took upª °¹ the wine,ª and gaveª ° [it] unto the king.ª Now I had not¹ been¹ [beforetime] sadª in his presence.ª" {Neh 2:1} + "But in all¹ this¹ [time] was¹ not¹ I at Jerusalem:ª for¹ in the twoª and thirtiethª yearª of Artaxerxesª kingª of Babylonª cameª ° I unto¹ the king,ª and afterª certain daysª obtained I leaveª ° of¹ the king:ª" {Neh 13:6}

"Be¹ it knownª °² ° nowª unto the king,ª that,¹ ifª thisª cityª be builded,ª ° and the wallsª set upª ° [again, then] will they notª payª ° toll,ª tribute,ª and custom,ª and [so] thou shalt endamageª ° the revenueª of the kings.ª ...
