{Nehemiah 5:2} For there were 3426 that x834 said, 559 z8802 We, x587 our sons, 1121 and our daughters, 1323 [are] many: 7227 therefore we take up 3947 z8799 corn 1715 [for them], that we may eat, 398 z8799 and live. 2421 z8799

our sons:
"Lo,¹ childrenª [are] an heritageª of the LORD:ª [and] the fruitª of the wombª [is his] reward.ª ... Happyª [is] the manª that¹ hath¹ his quiverª fullª ° of¹ them: they shall not¹ be ashamed,ª ° but¹ they shall speakª ° with¹ the enemiesª ° in the gate.ª" {Psa 127:3-5} + "For¹ thou shalt eatª ° the labourª of thine hands:ª happyª [shalt] thou [be], and [it shall be] wellª with thee. ... Behold,¹ that¹ thus¹ shall the manª be blessedª ° that fearethª the LORD.ª" {Psa 128:2-4} + "If¹ ye will not¹ hear,ª ° and if¹ ye will not¹ layª ° [it] to¹ heart,ª to giveª ° gloryª unto my name,ª saithª ° the LORDª of hosts,ª I will even sendª °¹ a curseª upon you, and I will curseª °¹ your blessings:ª yea,¹ I have cursedª ° them already, because¹ ye do not¹ layª ° [it] to¹ heart.ª" {Mal 2:2}

we take up corn:
