Whatsoever is commanded:
Chal, Whatsoever is of the decree, "I² makeª ° a decree,ª that¹ allª they ofª the peopleª of Israel,ª and [of] his priestsª and Levites,ª in my realm,ª which are minded of their own freewillª ° to go upª ° to Jerusalem,ª goª ° with¹ thee.²" {Ezr 7:13} + "And whatsoeverª ª shall seem goodª ° to¹ thee, and toª thy brethren,ª to doª ° with the restª of the silverª and the gold,ª that doª ° after the willª of your God.ª" {Ezr 7:18}

let it be:
"Thou¹ hast commandedª ° [us] to keepª ° thy preceptsª diligently.ª" {Psa 119:4}

why should there be wrath:
As Artaxerxes believed he was appointed by the Almighty to do this work, he therefore wished to do it heartily; knowing that if he did not, God would be displeased, and that the kingdom would be cut off from him or his posterity. "That¹ they may¹ offerª ² °° sacrifices of sweet savoursª unto the Godª of heaven,ª and prayª ° for the lifeª of the king,ª and of his sons.ª ... And the Godª that¹ hath caused his nameª to dwellª ° thereª destroyª ° allª kingsª and people,ª that¹ shall putª ° to their handª to alterª ° [and] to destroyª ° thisª houseª of Godª which¹ [is] at Jerusalem.ª Iª Dariusª have madeª ° a decree;ª let it be doneª ° with speed.ª" {Ezr 6:10-12} + "And in that¹ dayª will I makeª °¹ Jerusalemª a burdensomeª stoneª for all¹ people:ª all¹ that burdenª ° themselves with it shall be cut in pieces,ª °° though all¹ the peopleª of the earthª be gathered togetherª ° against¹ it." {Zch 12:3}
