at what time:
"And it was¹ [so], when they sawª ° that¹ [there was] muchª moneyª in the chest,ª that the king'sª scribeª ° and the highª priestª came up,ª ° and they put up in bags,ª ° and toldª °¹ the moneyª that was foundª ° in the houseª of the LORD.ª ... And to masons,ª ° and hewersª ° of stone,ª and to buyª ° timberª and hewedª stoneª to repairª °¹ the breachesª of the houseª of the LORD,ª and for all¹ that¹ was laid outª ° for¹ the houseª to repairª [it]." {2Kg 12:10-12}

It was necessary to associate with the high priest some civil authority and activity, in order to get the neglected work performed.
