{2 Chronicles 23:14} Then Jehoiada 3077 the priest 3548 brought out 3318 z8686 x853 the captains 8269 of hundreds 3967 that were set over 6485 z8803 the host, 2428 and said 559 z8799 unto x413 them, Have her forth 3318 z8685 of the ranges: 1004 7713 x413 x4480 and whoso followeth 935 310 z8802 her, let him be slain 4191 z8714 with the sword. 2719 For x3588 the priest 3548 said, 559 z8804 Slay 4191 z8686 her not x3808 in the house 1004 x4480 of the LORD. 3068

Have her forth:
The Vulgate has here, and in the parallel place, Educite illam extra septa templi, "Take her out beyond the precincts of the temple." These were walls erected in parallel lines, and forming an extensive range of buildings around the sacred edifice. "But if¹ a manª come presumptuouslyª ° upon¹ his neighbour,ª to slayª ° him with guile;ª thou shalt takeª ° him from¹ ¹ mine altar,ª that he may die.ª °" {Exd 21:14}

whoso followeth her:
He who takes her part let him be instantly slain. "And it came to pass,¹ as soon as he had made an endª ° of offeringª ° the burnt offering,ª that Jehuª saidª ° to the guardª ° and to the captains,ª Go in,ª ° [and] slayª ° them; let noneª ¹ come forth.ª ° And they smoteª ° them with the edgeª of the sword;ª and the guardª ° and the captainsª cast [them] out,ª ° and went² °¹ to¹ the cityª of the houseª of Baal.ª" {2Kg 10:25} + "And ye shall compassª °¹ the kingª round about,ª every manª with his weaponsª in his hand:ª and he that comethª ° within¹ the ranges,ª let him be slain:ª ° and be¹ ye with¹ the kingª as he goeth outª ° and as he cometh in.ª °" {2Kg 11:8} + "But Jehoiadaª the priestª commandedª °¹ the captainsª of the hundreds,ª the officersª ° of the host,ª and saidª ° unto¹ them, Have her forthª °¹ withoutª ¹ ¹ the ranges:ª and him that followethª ª ° her killª ° with the sword.ª For¹ the priestª had said,ª ° Let her not¹ be slainª ° in the houseª of the LORD.ª" {2Kg 11:15}

Slay her not:
"And he saidª ° unto¹ them, Defileª °¹ the house,ª and fillª °¹ the courtsª with the slain:ª go ye forth.ª ° And they went forth,ª ° and slewª ° in the city.ª" {Ezk 9:7}
