{2 Chronicles 20:32} And he walked y3212 z8799 x1980 in the way 1870 of Asa 609 his father, 1 and departed 5493 z8804 not x3808 from x4480 it, doing 6213 z8800 [that which was] right 3477 in the sight 5869 of the LORD. 3068

he walked:
"And the LORDª was¹ with¹ Jehoshaphat,ª because¹ he walkedª ° in the firstª waysª of his fatherª David,ª and soughtª ° not¹ unto Baalim;ª ... And his heartª was lifted upª ° in the waysª of the LORD:ª moreover¹ he took awayª °¹ the high placesª and grovesª out of Judah.ª ¹" {2Ch 17:3-6}

the way:
"And Asaª didª ° [that which was] goodª and rightª in the eyesª of the LORDª his God:ª ... Also he took awayª ° out of all¹ ¹ the citiesª of Judahª ¹ the high placesª and the images:ª and the kingdomª was quietª ° beforeª him." {2Ch 14:2-5} + "And Asaª criedª ° unto¹ the LORDª his God,ª and said,ª ° LORD,ª [it is] nothing¹ with¹ thee to help,ª ° whetherª with many,ª or with them that have no¹ power:ª helpª ° us, O LORDª our God;ª for¹ we restª ° on¹ thee, and in thy nameª we goª ° against¹ this¹ multitude.ª O LORD,ª thou¹ [art] our God;ª let not¹ manª prevailª ° against¹ thee. ... departed not:
"And at that¹ timeª Hananiª the seer² °¹ cameª ° to¹ Asaª kingª of Judah,ª and saidª ° unto¹ him, Because thou hast reliedª ° on¹ the kingª of Syria,ª and not¹ reliedª ° on¹ the LORDª thy God,ª therefore¹ ¹ is the hostª of the kingª of Syriaª escapedª ° out of thine hand.ª ¹ ... And Asaª in the thirtyª and ninthª yearª of his reignª was diseasedª ° in his feet,ª until¹ his diseaseª [was] exceedingª [great]: yet¹ in his diseaseª he soughtª ° not¹ ¹ to the LORD,ª but¹ to the physicians.ª °" {2Ch 16:7-12} + "For¹ I have keptª ° the waysª of the LORD,ª and have not¹ wickedly departedª ° from my God.ª ¹" {Psa 18:21} + "The wordsª of his mouthª [are] iniquityª and deceit:ª he hath left offª ° to be wise,ª ° [and] to do good.ª °" {Psa 36:3}
