{2 Chronicles 20:25} And when Jehoshaphat 3092 and his people 5971 came 935 z8799 to take away 962 z8800 x853 the spoil 7998 of them, they found 4672 z8799 among them in abundance 7230 both riches 7399 with the dead bodies, 6297 and precious y2532 x2530 jewels, 3627 which they stripped off 5337 z8762 for themselves, more than 369 they could carry away: 4853 and they were x1961 three 7969 days 3117 in gathering 962 z8802 x853 of the spoil, 7998 it x1931 was so much. 7227

they found:
"And the childrenª of Israelª didª ° according to the wordª of Moses;ª and they borrowedª ° of the Egyptiansª ¹ jewelsª of silver,ª and jewelsª of gold,ª and raiment:ª ... And the LORDª gaveª ° the peopleª ¹ favourª in the sightª of the Egyptians,ª so that they lentª ° unto them [such things as they required]. And they spoiledª °¹ the Egyptians.ª" {Exd 12:35-36} + "And there was nothing¹ lackingª ° to them, neitherª smallª nor¹ great,ª neither¹ sonsª nor daughters,ª neither spoil,ª ¹ nor¹ any¹ [thing] that¹ they had takenª ° to them: Davidª recoveredª ° all.¹ ... dead bodies:
Instead of pegarim, "dead bodies," eight manuscripts and several ancient editions read begadim, "garments." None of the ancient versions, except the Chaldee, have dead bodies: garments would therefore appear to be the true reading; and the succeeding clause should be rendered, "which they seized for themselves."

precious jewels:
"But every womanª shall borrowª ° of her neighbour,ª ¹ and of her that sojournethª °¹ in her house,ª jewelsª of silver,ª and jewelsª of gold,ª and raiment:ª and ye shall putª ° [them] upon¹ your sons,ª and upon¹ your daughters;ª and ye shall spoilª °¹ the Egyptians.ª" {Exd 3:22} + "And Mosesª saidª ° unto¹ them, Have ye saved² ° all the women² alive?ª °¹ ¹" {Num 31:15} + "And Gideonª saidª ° unto¹ them, I would desireª ° a requestª of¹ you, that ye would giveª ° me every manª the earringsª of his prey.ª (For¹ they had goldenª earrings,ª because¹ they¹ [were] Ishmaelites.)ª ... it was so much:
"Behold,¹ it is come,ª ° and it is done,ª ° saithª ° the Lordª GOD;ª this¹ [is] the dayª whereof¹ I have spoken.ª ° ... And they that dwellª ° in the citiesª of Israelª shall go forth,ª ° and shall set² ° on fire² ¹ and burnª ° the weapons,ª both the shieldsª and the bucklers,ª the bowsª and the arrows,ª and the handstaves,ª ª and the spears,ª and they shall burnª ° them with fireª sevenª years:ª" {Ezk 39:8-9}
