twelve hundred:

"And there came outª ° against¹ them Zerahª the Ethiopianª with an hostª of a thousandª thousand,ª and threeª hundredª chariots;ª and cameª ° unto¹ Mareshah.ª" {2Ch 14:9} + "For¹ they¹ came upª ° with their cattleª and their tents,ª and they cameª °°° as² ¹ grasshoppersª for multitude;ª [for] both they¹ and their camelsª were without¹ number:ª and they enteredª ° into the landª to destroyª ° it." {Jdg 6:5} + "Andª the¹ numberª of the armyª of the¹ horsemenª [were] two hundred² thousand² thousand:ª ¹ andª I heardª ° the¹ numberª of them.ª" {Rev 9:16}

Lubims:
Lubim, apparently the same with Lehabim ("And Mizraimª begatª °¹ Ludim,ª and Anamim,ª and Lehabim,ª and Naphtuhim,ª" {Gen 10:13}), were probably the ancient inhabitants of Lybia (called Lubi in the Syriac version, "ª Phrygia,ª andª ² Pamphylia,ª in Egypt,ª andª in the¹ partsª of Libyaª aboutª Cyrene,ª andª strangersª ° of Rome,ª ª Jewsª andª ² proselytes,ª" {Act 2:10}), a district of Africa, adjoining to Egypt, and extending along the shore of the Mediterranean as far as the city of Cyrene. "Were¹ not¹ the Ethiopiansª and the Lubimsª a hugeª host,ª with veryª manyª ° chariotsª and horsemen?ª yet, because thou didst relyª ° on¹ the LORD,ª he deliveredª ° them into thine hand.ª" {2Ch 16:8} + "Ethiopia,ª and Libya,ª and Lydia,ª and all¹ the mingled² people,¹ and Chub,ª and the menª of the landª that is in league,ª shall fallª ° with¹ them by the sword.ª" {Ezk 30:5} + "Ethiopiaª and Egyptª [were] her strength,ª and [it was] infinite;ª ª Putª and Lubimª were¹ thy helpers.ª" {Nah 3:9}

the Sukkiims:
The Sukkiim (from sachach, "to cover") are supposed to have been the Troglodites, as the LXX and Vulgate render, a people of Egypt, on the west of the Red Sea, so called because they dwelt εν τρωγλαις, in caves.

Ethiopians:
These Cushim were probably the inhabitants of Ethiopia, south of Egypt. "So the LORDª smoteª °¹ the Ethiopiansª beforeª Asa,ª and beforeª Judah;ª and the Ethiopiansª fled.ª °" {2Ch 14:12} + "Were¹ not¹ the Ethiopiansª and the Lubimsª a hugeª host,ª with veryª manyª ° chariotsª and horsemen?ª yet, because thou didst relyª ° on¹ the LORD,ª he deliveredª ° them into thine hand.ª" {2Ch 16:8} + "For¹ I¹ [am] the LORDª thy God,ª the Holy Oneª of Israel,ª thy Saviour:ª ° I gaveª ° Egyptª [for] thy ransom,ª Ethiopiaª and Sebaª for¹ thee." {Isa 43:3} + "But he shall have powerª ° over the treasuresª of goldª and of silver,ª and over all¹ the precious² things¹ of Egypt:ª and the Libyansª and the Ethiopiansª [shall be] at his steps.ª" {Dan 11:43} + "Ethiopiaª and Egyptª [were] her strength,ª and [it was] infinite;ª ª Putª and Lubimª were¹ thy helpers.ª" {Nah 3:9}, Cushim, Heb.
