for the showbread:
It was the priests' office to place this bread before the Lord; and it was their privilege to feed on the old loaves when they were replaced by the new. "And Mattithiah,ª [one] of¹ the Levites,ª who¹ [was] the firstbornª of Shallumª the Korahite,ª had the set officeª over¹ the things that were madeª in the pans.ª ... the fine flour:
"[Some] of¹ them also [were] appointedª ° to oversee¹ the vessels,ª and all¹ the instrumentsª of the sanctuary,ª and the fine flour,ª and the wine,ª and the oil,ª and the frankincense,ª and the spices.ª ... These¹ chiefª fathersª of the Levitesª [were] chiefª throughout their generations;ª these¹ dweltª ° at Jerusalem.ª" {1Ch 9:29-34} + "This¹ [is] the offeringª of Aaronª and of his sons,ª which¹ they shall offerª ° unto the LORDª in the dayª when he is anointed;ª ° the tenth partª of an ephahª of fine flourª for a meat offeringª perpetual,ª halfª of it in the morning,ª and halfª thereof at night.ª ... "And if¹ thou bringª ° an oblationª of a meat offeringª bakenª in the oven,ª [it shall be] unleavenedª cakesª of fine flourª mingledª ° with oil,ª or unleavenedª wafersª anointedª ° with oil.ª ... And if¹ thy oblationª [be] a meat offeringª [baken] in the fryingpan,ª it shall be madeª ° [of] fine flourª with oil.ª" {Lev 2:4-7} + "And all¹ the meat offeringª that¹ is bakenª ° in the oven,ª and all¹ that is dressedª ° in the fryingpan,ª and in¹ the pan,ª shall be¹ the priest'sª that offerethª ° it." {Lev 7:9}

for all manner of measure:
The standards of all weights and measures were in the sanctuary; and therefore the Levites had the inspection of weights and measures of every kind, that no fraud might in this way be committed. Honesty is inseparably connected with piety; and hence the Levites, being sufficiently numerous, were employed to superintend the former, as well as the latter. "Ye shall doª ° no¹ unrighteousnessª in judgment,ª in meteyard,ª in weight,ª or in measure.ª ... Justª balances,ª justª weights,ª a justª ephah,ª and a justª hin,ª shall ye have:¹ I¹ [am] the LORDª your God,ª which¹ brought you outª °¹ of the landª ¹ of Egypt.ª" {Lev 19:35-36} + "Of¹ ¹ the firstbornª of the childrenª of Israelª tookª ° he¹ the money;ª a thousandª threeª hundredª and threescoreª and fiveª [shekels], after the shekelª of the sanctuary:ª" {Num 3:50}
