{2 Kings 17:32} So they feared y3373 x1961 x3372 x853 the LORD, 3068 and made 6213 z8799 unto themselves of the lowest 7098 x4480 of them priests 3548 of the high places, 1116 which sacrificed 6213 z8802 for them in the houses 1004 of the high places. 1116

made unto themselves:
"And he madeª °¹ an houseª of high places,ª and madeª ° priestsª of the lowestª ¹ of the people,ª which¹ were¹ not¹ of the sonsª ¹ of Levi.ª" {1Kg 12:31} + "Afterª this¹ thingª Jeroboamª returnedª ° not¹ from his evil² way,ª ¹ ¹ but madeª ° againª ° of the lowestª ¹ of the peopleª priestsª of the high places:ª whosoever would,ª he consecratedª ª °¹ him, and he became¹ [one] of the priestsª of the high places.ª" {1Kg 13:33}

the houses:
"Howbeit every nationª madeª ° godsª of their own, and put² °¹ [them] in the housesª of the high placesª which¹ the Samaritansª had made,ª ° every nationª in their citiesª wherein¹ ¹ they¹ dwelt.ª °" {2Kg 17:29} + "And¹ all¹ the housesª also¹ of the high placesª that¹ [were] in the citiesª of Samaria,ª which¹ the kingsª of Israelª had madeª ° to provoke [the LORD] to anger,ª ° Josiahª took away,ª ° and didª ° to them according to all¹ the actsª that¹ he had doneª ° in Bethel.ª" {2Kg 23:19} + "And it came to pass,¹ afterª he had buriedª ° him, that he spakeª ° to¹ his sons,ª saying,ª ° When I am dead,ª ° then buryª ° me in the sepulchreª wherein¹ the manª of Godª [is] buried;ª ° lay² °¹ ¹ my bonesª besideª his bones:ª" {1Kg 13:31}
