- the king's burnt:
- "And if¹ the whole¹ congregationª of Israelª sin through ignorance,ª° and the thingª be hidª° from the eyesª¹ of the assembly,ª and they have doneª° [somewhat against] any² of¹¹¹ the commandmentsª of the LORDª [concerning things] which¹ should not¹ be done,ª° and are guilty;ª° ... And he shall burnª° all¹ his fatª upon the altar,ª as the fatª of the sacrificeª of peace offerings:ª and the priestª shall make an atonementª° for¹ him as concerning his sin,ª¹ and it shall be forgivenª° him." {Lev 4:13-26} + "And they brought²° in¹¹ the arkª of the LORD,ª and setª° it in his place,ª in the midstª of the tabernacleª that¹ Davidª had pitchedª° for it: and Davidª offeredª° burnt offeringsª and peace offeringsª beforeª the LORD.ª ...
