Make ready:
Heb. bind, "And Ahabª said,ª ° By whom?¹ And he said,ª ° Thus¹ saithª ° the LORD,ª [Even] by the young menª of the princesª of the provinces.ª Then he said,ª ° Who¹ shall orderª ° the battle?ª And he answered,ª ° Thou.¹" {1Kg 20:14} *marg. "O thou inhabitantª ° of Lachish,ª bindª ° the chariotª to the swift beast:ª she¹ [is] the beginningª of the sinª to the daughterª of Zion:ª for¹ the transgressionsª of Israelª were foundª ° in thee." {Mic 1:13}

Joram:
"And the destructionª of Ahaziahª was¹ of Godª ¹ by comingª ° to¹ Joram:ª for when he was come,ª ° he went outª ° with¹ Jehoramª against¹ Jehuª the sonª of Nimshi,ª whom¹ the LORDª had anointedª ° to cut offª °¹ the houseª of Ahab.ª" {2Ch 22:7}

the portion of Naboth:
"Then saidª ° [Jehu] to¹ Bidkarª his captain,ª Take up,ª ° [and] castª ° him in the portionª of the fieldª of Nabothª the Jezreelite:ª for¹ rememberª ° how that, when I¹ and thou¹ ¹ rodeª ° togetherª afterª Ahabª his father,ª the LORDª laidª °¹ this¹ burdenª upon¹ him;" {2Kg 9:25} + "And it came to pass¹ afterª these¹ things,ª [that] Nabothª the Jezreeliteª had¹ a vineyard,ª which¹ [was] in Jezreel,ª hard¹ by² the palaceª of Ahabª kingª of Samaria.ª ...
