he walked:
"And Asaª didª ° [that which was] rightª in the eyesª of the LORD,ª as [did] Davidª his father.ª" {1Kg 15:11} + "But the high placesª were not¹ removed:ª ° nevertheless¹ Asa'sª heartª was¹ perfectª with¹ the LORDª all¹ his days.ª" {1Kg 15:14} + "And Asaª didª ° [that which was] goodª and rightª in the eyesª of the LORDª his God:ª ... And his heartª was lifted upª ° in the waysª of the LORD:ª moreover¹ he took awayª °¹ the high placesª and grovesª out of Judah.ª ¹" {2Ch 17:3-6} + "Neverthelessª there are goodª thingsª foundª ° in¹ thee, in that¹ thou hast taken awayª ° the grovesª out of¹ the land,ª and hast preparedª ° thine heartª to seekª ° God.ª ...
