as if it had been a light thing:

And likewise¹ didª ° he for all¹ his strangeª wives,ª which burnt incenseª ° and sacrificedª ° unto their gods.ª" {1Kg 11:4-8}

served Baal:
"But¹ there was¹ none¹ like unto Ahab,ª which¹ did sell² ° himself¹ to workª ° wickednessª in the sightª of the LORD,ª whom¹ ¹ Jezebelª his wifeª stirred up.ª ° ...
