{1 Kings 11:27} And this x2088 [was] the cause 1697 that x834 he lifted up 7311 z8689 [his] hand 3027 against the king: 4428 Solomon 8010 built 1129 z8804 x853 Millo, 4407 [and] repaired 5462 z8804 x853 the breaches 6556 of the city 5892 of David 1732 his father. 1

lifted up:
"The matterª [is] not¹ so:¹ but¹ a manª of mountª ¹ Ephraim,ª Shebaª the sonª of Bichriª by name,ª hath lifted upª ° his handª against the king,ª [even] against David:ª deliverª ° him only,¹ and I will depart² °¹ from¹ ¹ the city.ª And the womanª saidª ° unto¹ Joab,ª Behold,¹ his headª shall be thrownª ° to¹ thee overª the wall.ª" {2Sm 20:21} + "If¹ thou hast done foolishlyª ° in lifting up² ° thyself,¹ or if¹ thou hast thought evil,ª ° [lay] thine handª upon thy mouth.ª" {Prv 30:32} + "LORD,ª [when] thy handª is lifted up,² °¹ they will not¹ see:ª ° [but] they shall see,ª ° and be ashamedª ° for [their] envyª at the people;ª yea,¹ the fireª of thine enemiesª shall devourª ° them." {Isa 26:11}

Heb. closed, "In that¹ dayª will I raise upª °¹ the tabernacleª of Davidª that is fallen,ª ° and close upª °¹ the breachesª thereof; and I will raise upª ° his ruins,ª and I will buildª ° it as in the daysª of old:ª" {Ams 9:11}

the breaches:
