the reason:
"Their childrenª that¹ were leftª ° afterª them in the land,ª whom¹ the childrenª of Israelª also were not¹ ableª ° utterly to destroy,ª ° upon those did Solomonª levyª ° a tribute² of bondserviceª °¹ unto¹ this¹ day.ª" {1Kg 9:21} + "And kingª Solomonª raisedª ° a levyª out of all¹ ¹ Israel;ª and the levyª was¹ thirtyª thousandª men.ª" {1Kg 5:13}

Millo:
Millo is said to have been a deep valley, between the ancient city of Jebus and the city of David on mount Zion. This Solomon filled up, and built upon; and it became a fortified place, and a place for public assemblies. Hazor:
Probably the city Hazor in Naphtali, and the famous capital of Jabin, situated in the lake Merom or Semechon, and placed by Josephus south of Tyre, near Ptolemais. "And it came to pass,¹ when Jabinª kingª of Hazorª had heardª ° [those things], that he sentª ° to¹ Jobabª kingª of Madon,ª and to¹ the kingª of Shimron,ª and to¹ the kingª of Achshaph,ª" {Jsh 11:1} + "And Adamah,ª and Ramah,ª and Hazor,ª" {Jsh 19:36} + "And the LORDª soldª ° them into the handª of Jabinª kingª of Canaan,ª that¹ reignedª ° in Hazor;ª the captainª of whose hostª [was] Sisera,ª which¹ dweltª ° in Harosheth² of the Gentiles.² ¹" {Jdg 4:2} + "In the daysª of Pekahª kingª of Israelª cameª ° Tiglathpileserª kingª of Assyria,ª and tookª °¹ Ijon,ª and Abelbethmaachah,ª and Janoah,ª and Kedesh,ª and Hazor,ª and Gilead,ª and Galilee,ª all¹ the landª of Naphtali,ª and carried them captiveª ° to Assyria.ª" {2Kg 15:29}

Megiddo:
