Rizpah:
"But the kingª tookª°¹ the twoª sonsª of Rizpahª the daughterª of Aiah,ª whom¹ she bareª° unto Saul,ª¹ Armoniª and Mephibosheth;ª and the fiveª sonsª of Michalª the daughterª of Saul,ª whom¹ she brought upª° for Adrielª the sonª of Barzillaiª the Meholathite:ª" {2Sm 21:8} + "And Saulª had a concubine,ª whose nameª [was] Rizpah,ª the daughterª of Aiah:ª and [Ishbosheth] saidª° to¹ Abner,ª Wherefore¹ hast thou gone¹ in²° unto¹ my father'sª concubine?ª" {2Sm 3:7}

"And it came to pass,¹ when Ahabª heardª°¹ those¹ words,ª that he rentª° his clothes,ª and putª° sackclothª upon¹ his flesh,ª and fasted,ª° and layª° in sackcloth,ª and wentª° softly.ª" {1Kg 21:27} + "How¹ do the beastsª groan!ª° the herdsª of cattleª are perplexed,ª° because¹ they have no¹ pasture;ª yea,¹ the flocksª of sheepª are made desolate.ª°" {Jol 1:18}
from the:

Some suppose that this means a providential supply of rain, in order to remove the famine; but from the manner in which it is introduced, it seems to denote the autumnal rains, which commence about October. For five months did this broken-hearted woman watch by the bodies of her sons! "That I will giveª° [you] the rainª of your landª in his due season,ª the first rainª and the latter rain,ª that thou mayest gather²° in¹ thy corn,ª and thy wine,ª and thine oil.ª" {Deu 11:14} + "And Elijahª saidª° unto Ahab,ª Get thee up,ª° eatª° and drink;ª° for¹ [there is] a soundª of abundanceª of rain.ª ...
