{Deuteronomy 27:5} And there x8033 shalt thou build 1129 z8804 an altar 4196 unto the LORD 3068 thy God, 430 an altar 4196 of stones: 68 thou shalt not x3808 lift up 5130 z8686 [any] iron 1270 [tool] upon x5921 them.

And there:
"And Mosesª wroteª °¹ all¹ the wordsª of the LORD,ª and rose up earlyª ° in the morning,ª and buildedª ° an altarª under¹ the hill,ª and twelve¹ ¹ pillars,ª according to the twelveª ª tribesª of Israel.ª" {Exd 24:4} + "Then¹ Joshuaª builtª ° an altarª unto the LORDª Godª of Israelª in mountª Ebal,ª ... As¹ Mosesª the servantª of the LORDª commandedª °¹ the childrenª of Israel,ª as it is writtenª ° in the bookª of the lawª of Moses,ª an altarª of wholeª stones,ª over¹ which¹ no¹ man hath lift upª ° [any] iron:ª and they offeredª ° thereon¹ burnt offeringsª unto the LORD,ª and sacrificedª ° peace offerings.ª" {Jsh 8:30-31} + "And Elijahª tookª ° twelveª ª stones,ª according to the numberª of the tribesª of the sonsª of Jacob,ª unto¹ whom¹ the wordª of the LORDª came,¹ saying,ª ° Israelª shall be¹ thy name:ª ... thou shalt not:
"And if¹ thou wilt makeª ° me an altarª of stone,ª thou shalt not¹ buildª ° it of hewn stone:ª for¹ if thou lift upª ° thy toolª upon¹ it, thou hast pollutedª ° it." {Exd 20:25}
