had fully:
"And it came to pass¹ in the firstª monthª in the secondª year,ª on the firstª [day] of the month,ª [that] the tabernacleª was reared up.ª ° ... And he spread abroadª °¹ the tentª over¹ the tabernacle,ª and putª °¹ the coveringª of the tentª aboveª ¹ upon¹ it; as¹ the LORDª commandedª °¹ Moses.ª" {Exd 40:17-19}

anointed it:
"Takeª ° thou¹ also unto thee principalª spices,ª of pureª myrrhª fiveª hundredª [shekels], and of sweetª cinnamonª half² so much,ª [even] two hundredª and fiftyª [shekels], and of sweetª calamusª two hundredª and fiftyª [shekels], ... And thou shalt anointª ° Aaronª and his sons,ª and consecrateª ° them, that [they] may minister unto me in the priest's office.ª °" {Exd 30:23-30} + "And Mosesª tookª °¹ the anointingª oil,ª and anointedª °¹ the tabernacleª and all¹ that¹ [was] therein, and sanctifiedª ° them. ... sanctified them:
